In the#mIRC - Newbies you can learn how to set up you mIRC and some of the basic functions of mIRC.
At Virgin they have obtained some channels where mIRC can be used. They are working as a team to help support you.
In the evenings and weekends there is normally an operator on ( these can be identified by the key or @ next to their nicknames ).
